El BAB is a meeting place that supports what Shriners believe to be the world's greatest philanthropy "The Shriner Hospitals for Children". We come together to plan and carry out fundraising projects to ensure that our 22 Burn and Orthopedic Hospitals for children that are located throughout the United States are fully funded to the best of our ability. We operate under the dispensation of the OMAR Shrine Center located in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
